The Sony Network Walkman NW-E107L is one of the latest mp3 players launched by Sony, and is a great product. It holds 1GB of data or music. The NW-E105L is the same product just with 512 MB storage
The product is extremely light, weighing at only 26g. It is also really tiny only 5.5cm in diameter. Due to these too things it is easy to get lost, but doesn't take up much space so it is really handy.
You can pick one of these up £89 (same price as the iPod Shuffle), but you could pick one up cheaper on eBay or Amazon.
This product claims to play up to 70 hours, but I average around 45 hours which I feel is a really good amount. Unfortunately unlike the iPod this item does not have a built in rechargeable battery, so you will be spending money each time to top up your battery life and is a major downfall in this item.
With the product you also get the latest edition of SonicStage, so you can transfer all your music files onto the mp3 player. It is a fairly easy to use piece of software, but to be honest it has a long way to go before it can compete with the rival media players.
Basically to finalize, this is a great product and would really recommend it to anyone looking for an mp3 player. But to be honest, in my opinion if you are looking for a 1GB mp3 player I would suggest the iPod Shuffle. This is because it will be cheaper in the long run as you wouldn't have to keep buying batteries, iTunes is 100 times better than SonicStage, but also with a NUS card you can pick up the 1GB for £83
