Maybe I’m showing my age here, but I remember one of the first games consoles there was, the Atari 2600, complete with its wood effect case and cartridge games! Since those bygone days many consoles have come and gone with battles being thought between the likes of Sega and Nintendo to be top dog in the world of video gaming. I have decided to write this review as I think that it will be good practice for when the time comes to write a review on the Playstation 3! Enjoy!!! The new PlayStation 2 Slim edition is full of great new features and the design is very petite and durable. *UPDATE* Moved this review here as it was in the wrong section. OOOps. After finally getting hold of the elusive PSTWO in it's redesigned format, it was worth the wait. The new design if the PSTWO is now 50% lighter, is smaller than the original (about the size of a DVD case, but deeper), it's internal volume has been reduced by 75%, now has a flip top lid instead of a drawer (more on that later) and is still backward compatible with PSONE games.
