Advantages you can watch movies, listen to music, and play thousands of games!
Disadvantages people are moving to x boxes and pretty much leaving the ps2 behind
I've had game systems since i was 3 years old. The ps2 however is by far my favorite. Not only can I play games, but I can listen to music and watch dvds on it as well. They are relativly small and are very simple to hook up to your tv. The playstation two also allows you to play regular playstation games and save them to a playstation memory card. Which with somthing like a wii or something you can't do. You can have invite your friends over and enjoy thousands of games like thrillville, spyro, and harry potter. Today the playstation two is relativly cheap all you need is the playstation, the tv, and the game and you've got several hours of entertainment right there.
