The Sony SRS-PC51 speakers are quite cheap and suffer from looking so. The triangular design is meant to look modern but actually looks a bit silly. The sound quality is good however, which is the main thing. The speakers have a ‘bass boost system’ which as it suggests, boosts the bass of the sound. The speakers are very light and feel a bit flimsy. I certainly feel if that if I dropped them they wouldn’t survive too well! Setting up is very easy and is simply a matter of plugging in the relevant leads. The speakers also come with stands which makes positioning them easier.
