Manufacturer's product description
Automating the back-up procedure to allow for less human intervention, and therefore less human failure, is a sensible option. This is why the TSL-7000, the first DDS autoloader from Sony, provides maximum peace of mind. Reliability is the key to the TSL-7000. With the outstanding SDT-7000 quad-speed DDS-2 drive as its engine, the TSL-7000 has a better performance than any autoloader using a conventional DDS-2 drive. It stores up to 64 GB compressed data and has an unmatched MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) rating of 180, 000 power on hours. The secret behind the TSL-7000's exceptional reliability is a unique 'push arm' mechanism which effects all horizontal cartridge movement. Together with carefully selected components that guarantee high rigidity and durability, this new design sets a new standard in autoloader performance.
Advantages: large storage and build of quality Disadvantages: expensive for a flash drive but you get what you pay for
...As a rule I try not to carry my laptop around with me, opting instead to transport files the easy way using USB flash drives, of which I have 3 due to the size of the files I have to load and upload. My first encounter with a flash drives came with the expensive yet disappointing Lexar and over the years I've steadily moved from one to another gradually increasing the memory size as the size of files seems to spiral out of all proportion! I paid just £65.99 for the Corsair Flash Voyager USB flash drive from our IT supplier and with a 32GB memory I had anticipated it being my final purchase of a flash drive for a considerable period of time.
Opting for a USB flash drive from a company like Corsair meant that I knew I would be getting a product of quality, and the Flash Voyager oozes quality and style. Compact and durable the drive can...

..., read the specification of the computer and think it through wisely.
So I continued, opened the Sony Vaio computer booklet and glanced down at my desired PC...
The latest of all, a 3.2GHz Pentium 4 processing chip embossed at the centre of the computer base, which means, the computer is 32 times faster than my 1997 Packard Bell PC. This just shows how technology has advanced over short time.
The chip accompanied by its powerful feature to do many calculations and execute many programmes simultaneously (technically called hyper-threading).
... Moving onto the storage, the base contained 250 GB, which is believe it or not, 125 times more space then my previous Packard Bell PC! This would be great for storing my videos on.
The RAM, is important for temporary storage of programmes to open programmes at the same time, my old computer had...

...capture, which you press to activate the camera, this automatically loads it and you can see yourself on screen, you can also change the camera to movie mode and create a film also. The camera is a 1.3megapixel but for 1.3megapixels it takes good quality photos, my mobile phone is a 3.2megapixel but the intergrated camera on my laptop is much better quality. It is very simple to use and relocate photos after they have been taken.

Well, after my old 40GB Ipod Classic met a tragic end, I decided to buy 2 new Ipods as its replacement - an Ipod mini for the gym, and the 32GB Ipod Touch for listing all of my music on.
I could have bought another classic Ipod, but wanted something... more
