...Product: 15.4" screen Laptop
Make: Sony, VAIO
Features: XP, Service pack 2
Price: Varied
This SonyVAIO Laptop is stylish, powerful, fast active, and easy to use, this laptop is exactly like the one I own. Mine is Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition with service packed 2, it has a 15.4" WXGA (1280x800) X-black LCD flat screen, and runs on 512MB DDR2 SDRAM (533 MHz). Even though, it's Windows XP, Its Vista capable as well; some of them I've seen are though. I can always rely on the Sony make; to me it has always been a top brand. I love the Intel Celeron M Processor 390; the processing speed is 1.70 GHz, which is the ideal speed for me. The hard disk drive is 80GB, which is quite suitable for the size. The Intel Graphics feature Media Accelerator 900 and comes with 128MB max, the graphics are outstandingly great, this is...

...This laptop is the SonyVAIO AR88E. The laptop is made mainly for gaming, watching movies on and various other entertainment needs whilst not compromising the ability to do serious work on these as well. One thing that is compromised though is the portability, entertainment laptops are made to keep at home and not really to carry about with you all the time, so whilst the specification may look good, don?t expect one of these to be very portable.
Its mainly black in colour however I like the design ho the screen top part comes over the bottom part of the laptop base slightly so that it gives a more cooler look to the laptop.
The installed ram on this laptop is great, it has a massive 2gb which is the main reason this laptop runs so fast, also its intel core 2 duo T7700 which is one of the newest processors makes this laptop run so...

Advantages: Battery life, build quality, feels like a desktop pc Disadvantages: Price
...This is my first Sony laptop, I am a happy man...
I've had a Dell, Toshiba and an HP laptop all in the past 4 years or so, each developed faults or just became to slow to run the most basic of task's. We all know Laptops can not compare to desktop equivalents with even the most primary of tasking, this new Sony offering breaks that rule.
The thing that first drew to me to the laptop was not only the SonyVaio brand but it was also the design, its sexy! - Brushed silver effect and very thin. It's light and the screen is stunning, yes the thing you stare at 98% of the time this is powered up, something that most laptop manufacturers seem to not acknowledge, it is in fact very clear and bright. The keyboard layout seems a little strange upon first viewing, especially if you are used to most other brands. It is this minor redesign...
