When it arrived, I noticed how bulky it was. It says portable on the specifications, and it does have a handle; but carry this for too long and you'll do yourself a serious injury.
It's a multimedia projector, and meant for presentations more than ... ...as keystone correction and different video modes. It has support for composite and svideo, as well as 15 pin Dsub RGB from a PC source.
In a darkened room, picture quality is pretty good. I had this projected onto my wall, and had a 7 foot screen area. The colours were pretty good, but the convergence was slightly off.

Because this is an older LCD projector, rather than the newer DLP type, I noticed a "screen door" effect on the image. This is where it is possible to see the pixel structure of the projector's light unit on the screen. I found that by defocusing the image slightly, this disappeared.
By far the biggest downside to this projector is the noise made by it's fans. It is so loud that you may have to turn up the sound of the film you're watching just to cover it.
Overall, a good durable unit, a decent picture for it's age, but badly let down by it's weight and fan noise. Worth buying for a budget big screen experience.
