i bought this laptop as i needed one a little faster and bit more memory was the best decision i made its great and the battery lasts ages iv had no problems with it the graphics are excellent to. also has a memory stick pro duo and takes sd to. It has Vaio update software preinstalled so constantly updates with the latest sony drivers and software fixes. Features 4 USB ports and a firewire port for connecting digital cameras or camcorders. As it has 3GB of memory multitasking is no problem and so far it has never crashed even though it comes with windows Vista. If your looking for a stable, fast, decent graphics this is for you. My opinion of the SonyVaio is one of top quality, lasts a long time saving you money on constantly upgrading and replacing your faithfull laptop.
Mobility is excellent with this machine and can be carried easily.

When buying a laptop, in my opinion the look is not as important as the quality and usage requirements. Ram speed, memory capacity and speed are the most improtant things to consider when purchasing a laptop/notebook and Sony must be as far as I'm concerned, one of the top designers and manufacturers of this modern day communicator.
