Sony VAIO FW Series VGN-FW31E

After having spent years relying on company supplied laptops for my working life of software development and endless documentation, speed issues persuaded me to buy my own kit. I bought the Sony because :- 1. I like Sony Products (I have a Sony tv , a Sony PSP and a Sony SatNav) 2. I purchased the Sony Vaio VGN-FW31E for my studies and also to double up as a bluray DVD player. The first thing you notice with this laptop is the quality of the screen. The screen is probably one of the best features of this laptop with a resolution of 1600 x 900 and makes this an excellent choice if it is to be used primarily for multimedia.
