Sony Vaio PCG-Z1M

The whole Z series notebooks from Sony have been extremely positive. I used to be solely an IBM man when it came to laptops believing that they were the only tier one supplier. Dell was to unstable and deterioated in performance very quickly and compaq/hp notebooks never met the quality of their desktops and servers. Toshiba was perhaps the closest match but in recent years toshiba laptops have declined. When thye sony vaoi came out initially it was a more of a personal computing option and was loaded with fun sony software for multi media. However, the new Z series and in particular the Z1RSP and Z1XMP are the best all round laptops to hit the market place. The are well designed and effective not to mention attractive and are probably the best performing laptop I have see. I sticking with this one. Only drawback is that it only has 2 usb slots - previous Vaio's had 3 not to worry though - It is fully loaded wireless, bluetooth with Centrino chips. Excellant value -
