Who said the cassette is dead? Not me!! Wll those people ponsing about with MD and MP3 players are wasting their money - tape is still King. They all say 'but you can select the track'. My response is, if you record a decent compilation with songs you like, why would you need to? The WM-EX570 does, however, come as close as possible to these things. It has absolutely amazing features on its little remote control, like one track skip, two track skip, auto reverse, hold, volume and so on. It comes with stunning earphones. The machine itself is tiny - practically the size of a tape plus an AA battery and thats its it. Feather touch control, varying sound and bass options, AVLS, CPS, Dolby sound, this little beauty has it all. Its light and everything. But possibly the best feature, which really sets it apart from CD, MD and MP3 is the battery life. From a single AA battery this machine gets you 48 hours of non-stop playtime at full volume. That is completely unmatched. It may be a little fragile, but it has a full warranty for a year or so, so there is no need to worry. It even has a little carry bag. And all this for jsut £50 from index? Unbelieveable!!
