...into strips ready to be applied. But it isn't as easy as it sounds. Eject buttons are a vital part and although their position only slightly varies there is only one whole for the button to go in on the facia and so you have to hope that with some jiggling and extra tape that when you push down on the button the tray ejects. Also getting the main part of the facia on in the right place so that the bezel on the draw slides in and out without getting caught take a bit of adjusting. One other minor grumble is that Cooler Master is printed on two out of the 3 parts. Also you might be concerned that it is only stuck on with little bits of tape, this is not a problem, mine have been attached for 3 months and I am quite sure they are not going anywhere. ...I had a 15in Relisys TFT before this and needed a 17 inch monitor.I have to say the difference in picture quality sharpness,brightness is amazing colours are now more vivid,I have some pictures on a CD that come from my 5mp digital camera and the difference in the detail you can see on this monitor is very noticable,I thought I would mention that in case any buyers are going to use the monitor for that purpose.I have noticed also with this monitor my eyes do not feel strained as this monitor has a anti glare coating.Also the design of this monitor is stunning,thin narrow bezel surrounding the screen nice button layout on the right hand edge.Overall this is an excellent monitor that ouses detail and that looks stunning.I purchased this monitor from microwarehouse.co.uk it cost £292 including vat and p&p,the same monitor on the Sony web... Advantages: THE LOOKS! Space Saving, Bright, Good Viewing Angles, No Dead Pixels!
Disadvantages: WAS the price - until now!!!, none really!

...TFT screens overall make sense. When youre thinking about purchasing one - you know you should, but you just cant justify it - well - ill give you some reasons! These sony displays look very stylish indeed, the simplest AND nicest looking units i have ever seen! Price - £160-ish - you cant really say no - i bought 2 of these for a multi-monitor set-up and i am not dissapointed! 1/3 of the power consumption of a standard CRT, MUCH less heat output (nightmare working with 2 in a closed room - untill now !!!), RAZOR sharp text and accurate colours - TFT monitors usually lose to CRT's for their colour reproduction - well i had them next to each other and i dont know what they are talking about!...
