    Advantages Advantages none that I can speak of

    Disadvantages Disadvantages poor pre-sales service. Makes me wonder about after sales.

    I went into the dealership on Friday 9th Sept and spoke to a saleman - Chris. He was friendly and knowledgeable despite being new to the company. They didn't have what I was looking for at the time but I was promised a call the following week because a vehicle I was interested in was due to come in to the showroom. The next week passed without a call. Not even a courtesy call to say that they hadn't forgotten me. I returned to the dealership on the Friday and deliberately sought out a new saleman - Craig, not wanting to speak to the one who had failed to return my call. I went for a test drive ... more
