Advantages Advantages Fantastic versatility, great taste, very healthy.

Disadvantages Disadvantages None i can think of.

The Holland & Barrett Soya Protein is primarily design for people wishing to gain weight. The Soya Protein contains various nutrients, which are recommended to be taken while eating other foods during the normal day. Soya Protein is suitable for vegetarians and comes in various flavours. I have used Soya Protein as a way to increase muscle mass and build. I recommend using the drink to supplement your existing diet because during our hectic schedules, it is often difficult to find time to have a balanced diet containing all vitamins and minerals our body needs.
