I used to work for this company for approx 3 months in the Milton Keynes branch and it’s about time the public knew the truth about this company.
Training
The new recruits are given one weeks training
Wages
£200 a week plus commission on all deals that are on price or no more than under 25%
Pricing
They charge for a group one door approx £1000 a unit or group 5 £2000 He will then price up your kitchen and add between £2000 and £4000 to the price A rep can offer you a feature home discount of 25% to secure a deal on the day The branch manager will offer you another 50% off on the day Trade will offer you it even cheaper a week later of 75%
They tell you the company manufacture; install and project manage the whole job!
LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES!
They buy their kitchen units in FROM JJO (J & J Ormerod) nothing is manufactured and its costs them about £40 a unit.
They have poor customer services that as and when problems don’t actually care While I was working for them I sold a couple of kitchens but never really made any money most of the deals I sold were about 40% underpriced so I only made £100 a deal and never even got paid for them.
There were a couple of guys and a girl making money and then I found out why. They had developed a way to make you sell everything on price.
They were telling the customers that their kitchen will only cost them only £100 and that the company were going to bring 3-4 customers around to view their kitchen every month and that they were going to pay them £200 a visit plus 5% commission for every sale secured and that this will pay of their kitchen. They would give their customer £2000 cashback which was supposedly 4 viewings in advance. This is all lies no one gets paid for viewings and no one ever gets any.
I questioned the branch manager whose name was Lux about this and was told to do it myself.
The sales managers and reps were all doing this, not long after finding this out I left the company as my partner did not want me to work for such a company.
There was one rep earning over £10000 a month by doing this. He must have no conscience what so ever. I don’t know how some people sleep at night. I’m not sure of his real name but he is known as Chad and he’s supposed to be one of the sales managers.
