Never bought kitchen from... |

I have never bought a kitchen from this company, so all I am reviewing is the cold call proceedure, which from my experience is awful.
They can ring at any time, and at worst I have received a few calls a week from them. This is despite me being TPS-registered and informing them of this every time, and despite me living in a council-owned property and therefore unable to make changes willy nilly, and informing them of this every time.Some staff are polite and apologetic, but most of them are not. It tends to be the case that after I have told them I am in a council-owned property, they hang up on me in the middle of my sentence. They don't bother saying goodbye. Occasionally, I will be sworn at, if the staff member on the phone is male. This is appalling given that they should desire to come across well to their potential customers.
I would never ever recommend this company to anyone, as they can be incredibly rude and obnoxious, and if the sales team are that poorly trained and managed, what is the rest of the company like? Of course, you know what the rest are like - just read the other reviews!

I understand why you were annoyed, but can't rate this more highly because of your limited experience of the firm.
