There is a sign just above the Body shop, that reads Green Room, but I had to ask a body shop person for directions.   A Spring Experience

Advantages: All the staff are very friendly and professional

Advantages: It's the most effective way I've found to relieve stress and back pain
Disadvantages: If you don't live near a float center, you need to own one

Advantages: Lovely facilities and surroundings
Disadvantages: Treatments are a bit one-size-fits-all

Eden Hall in Nottinghamshire is a non-residential spa. It has lovely grounds, plenty of indoor and outboor activities eg. exercise classes, small gym, cycling and archery classes. It has a wonderful relaxation room which sent me to sleep. The food is excellent and included in the price of the day. A lovely three course meal plus a buffet. The pool area is the highlight. Review of Eden Hall Day spa (Nottinghamshire)

A fantastic day for the girls-and boys!

Advantages: A totally relaxing experience, excellent staff and wonderful treatments
Disadvantages: pool a little on the chilly side and a bit clinical
