Unwind, relax and rejuvenate reading this review

Advantages: Natural products you can trust, lovely staff, opportunity to relax

There is a sign just above the Body shop, that reads Green Room, but I had to ask a body shop person for directions. It turned out that the little door inside the body shop was a secret passageway to a staircase to heaven (aka the Green Room). Review of The Green Room

One of the most disappointing days I have ever experienced

Advantages: Clean and luxuriuos venue
Disadvantages: Too commercial, lack of personal attention, too busy, attitude of staff disappointing

During the Thalgo Sea and Senses body treatment I had chosen I received a burn to my stomach area from the stones used. Their on-site nurse administered burn cream and advised against using any of the facilities e.g pool, sauna, steam rooms etc. This of course ruined the relaxed experience day we had purchased. I was in pain for the entire day and the following four days. Despite many complaints to the Spa the management team have refused to refund ...

Floating Saved Me From Back Surgery

Advantages: It's the most effective way I've found to relieve stress and back pain
Disadvantages: If you don't live near a float center, you need to own one

Eden Hall

Advantages: Lovely facilities and surroundings
Disadvantages: Treatments are a bit one-size-fits-all

Eden Hall in Nottinghamshire is a non-residential spa. It has lovely grounds, plenty of indoor and outboor activities eg. exercise classes, small gym, cycling and archery classes. It has a wonderful relaxation room which sent me to sleep. The food is excellent and included in the price of the day. A lovely three course meal plus a buffet. The pool area is the highlight. There is even a section where you can swim out of doors without getting cold. ...
