Was told offer would go out but then they would ask for yet more informaion. i find kensington mortgages are unhelpful especially if you fall into financial hardship, miss one payment and your interest rate goes up by 0.25%, you ask them something and they either dont answer or reply in about 3 weeks they are nothing but loan sharks, deny any phone conversations with you miss 3 payments and you are in court for repossession, figures for arrears change daily, my mortgage has gone up by £1400 in just 30 months. if you ring ...

Disadvantages: Hard to get through on phone, but use faxes and just keep sending

I have a different experience when dealing with CHL. They are easy to get Mortgages with and some of their products compare well. We use CHL as a set up and walk away company. If you're looking for a long term good rate and dont mind paying set up fee's these are good. We base our sums over a three year period, CHL comes out good.
