Advantages kind, friendly, patient service
Disadvantages learning how to insert and remove contact lens!
I have had excellent service from the very patient Laura and from Simon at Specsavers Optricians in Barrow in Furness.
My contact lens prescription is having to be refined to make the lens comfortable for me and they have already changed it before.
Given the agreed price and time spent with me there is no way the shop will cover their costs but I am not made to feel that way in the slightest.
I am having problems learning how to insert and remove the lens as I have a very strong blink reflex but cannot praise Laura enough for her help and patience.
Simon, the optician, is so cheery and helpful that I feel far less stressed than would otherwise be the case.
Appointments seem to be fairly easily available and the shop, although busy seems to be well run.
