I requested an eye test using the online booking 4 days before my appointment and then took the day off work for the appointment, they were supposed to call me back after 2 days, but nothing, so I called them the day before the supposed appointment and the guy on the phone was rude and un-accommodating, no appointments on that day, he suggested that I must have made a mistake, no appointments at all for a week... very unhelpful, so I advised my family and friends to move to vision express, I called them up and they managed to fit me in, no problem.. there is no feedback on the Specsavers site to complain about the booking system, there are even testimonials on their site that are only positive and managed by themselves.. seems odd to me that they take no responsibility for their service or answer for their mistakes, very poor, avoid if possibleWayne .
