I recently had my eyes re tested at SpecSavers after a gap of about 4 years. I decided it was time for me to go for a check up after experiencing headaches and dizziness after returning from a long flight, I came to the conclusion that it was my eyes that was causing the discomfort. When I booked the online appointment at my locat SpecSavers I was amazed at the speedy response to confirm my appointment and they also agreed to accept the voucher I received for another branch.
I was very impressed that I did not have to wait to be seen when I arrived for my appointment. After booking in at reception the optician was ready to do my test which was a pleasant experience.
I was given a prescription for my glasses for when I was ready to order them.
later in the week I went back to SpecSaver to order my glasses and one of the assistants was so helpful she gave me her undevided attention and showed me a variety of glasses that I was able to try on, she was also very helpful and commented and advise on what style suited my face.
I ordered the 2 pairs of glasses I was happy with (buy 1 get 1 free) and was told that they would be ready the next day but she would try and get the technician to process them sooner for me if it was possible.
By the time I got home after a short browse around the shops, the assistant called me at home to say that my glasses were ready for collection! In my opinon I could not have received better service! I won't leave it so long to go for an eye test again,,, thank you SpecSavers.
