Studying Speech and Language
Review of Speech by  bluejules

Voice therapy: involves working with people who need help with their voice (as the name implies). Generally people with voice problems are able to use speech and language effectively but, for some reason, have trouble producing sound. Reasons may include lumps (nodules) on the vocal cords, or damage to the vocal cords or other sound producing structure due to illness or accident. An aside: As a student I became fed up with the being continually poor and the stressful workload that speech pathology students (in Australia) face and considered giving up my degree. A chance meeting with a cab driver changed... Read review
