    I had never heard of the novel "Spin" until I saw a book review on a fellow blogger's site of it. It sounded like a really good read and I was instantly intrigued, not least because the plot reminded me a bit of my favourite book "Rachel's Holiday" by Marian Keyes. Obviously it wasn't the SAME plot but there were a few similarities . . . the chief one being that the majority of it takes place in rehab! The lead character in "Spin" is Kate, a social butterfly with aspirations to be a music journalist. Finally, a dream opportunity comes up for her and she has an interview to work on a music ... more
