Interpet filter spone is very good for your tank, i have brought many cheaper sponges and have found i need to clean my tank 2-3 times a month.
It catches alot of grime from the tank the fish excretion and any left over food that the fish have not eaten.
I have found that my water has turned green every so often, but this might not be down to the filter, althought with the green water i still recommend it.
My fish seem happier when i use interpet rather than a cheaper brand and i now see them swimming about happily.
Rather than staying in the fresh flowers.
This is a great product that is an essential to a happy fish home (lol)
