Advantages: Stuffed full of Stats and Info, regular updaes to the book.
Disadvantages: this one is out of date

Talk Derby To Me!

Advantages: it's about roller derby, has a nice personal feel to the book while being informative
Disadvantages: a 'specialist' subject so perhaps not accessible / enjoyable for all
