Went into the medowhall store the other day.I was approached by the very helpful sales assistant that advised me on the best squash racket to buy, he had excellent product knowledge and excellent customer service skills. I also had an exchange which the manager dealt with very well,he exchanged the trainers straight away and even got me the size i wanted. The range of products were excellently presented and were a lot better value for money than the other sports shops that are in the center. I bought some Adidas trainers that were twenty pound cheaper that the jjb store in the center. I would recomend this store because of the helpful staff and excellent range of products. The store is definately the best sports shop in Sheffield.
