We have had a really awful few months (a bereavement) and needed some time somewhere quiet for some pampering. Having had a brief but unpleasant taste of Hoar Cross Hall, we booked this at the last minute.
The moment we walked in, we knew we had made the right choice - the welcoming staff, who were professional & friendly throughout, made us feel like we'd been there weeks rather than days.
The food is lovely, and the facilities excellent.
It is quite pricey (though no more so than Hoar Cross Hall), & I think charging extra for certain classes (eg yoga, Pilates) is not good. Also, there is no radio in the room.
In spite of these small gripes, I would definitely go again.

Sorry to hear about the bad times you've been having, it's always a good idea to go for a bit of pampering to help you relax... I could do with a month here! Sarah x
