This information is relayed to the creator of the software in a bid to find usernames and passwords to financial information. As I do my banking online, I don't want to risk the chance of this and I am trying to take every possible defence to combat this malicious software. More dangerous types of spyware includes application that take screen shots of your monitor and are sent back to the creator, who are trying gather personal information, once again in a bid to access accounts which would benefit them financially.

Another is that whenever you go to purchase something online, the vicious software will add codes and addresses to the transaction so they can benefit from affiliate schemes where it looks as if the creator of the malware has directed you to buy the item from via there web site. It's all in the name of money, and I am going to do anything and everything to stop this happening to me. Unwanted programs use up hard drive space and slow down the performance and speed of your PC. Spyware Doctor should be part of your spyware removal tool kit too.
Removes all kinds of software. This one finds spyware that other spyware scanners don't! This is a good thing and a bad thing, even though this finds items that others don't, this is also vice versa. Other spyware removal programs find things this one doesn't.
-- Installation --
Installation is very quick and easy. It's a very standard installation where you agree to terms and conditions and click a few buttons. Straight away after installation the program is ready to use, it also connects to the main web server and looks for updates so that before you do your first scan you have the latest definitions and help files. I had did have to play around with some settings after the installation so that this program wouldn't keep starting on my computer start up, as it drained memory and I only use it on demand. But, it's more personal preference than anything else. I think I've been infected so much by spyware and malware that I notice when something isn't right with my PC.

This program is very easy to use and it is very self-explanatory, to do a scan you click on scan button on the main screen. You can then choose a full, smart or custom scan and then the scan is carried out. During the scan you can see if anything software is on your machine, as a tally is kept. On completion, a list is displayed of all items found. You tick the items you want removed and then you click the button called fix checked. It is very easy, and the outcomes are very beneficial. Spyware doctor comes with it's own help files and they are very useful on finding out on what other things Spyware Doctor can do for you. This is one of the best pieces of software available.

I've used a whole range of spyware removal programs and I currently use three different ones, to try and beat spyware. My kit includes Spybot Search and Destroy, Lavasoft Ad-Aware SE Edition and Spyware Doctor. This is a great application, it never crashes, updates are very frequent and there is a possibility of paying a fee to upgrade the software for extra protection. I find that the free version does the job of removing spyware. The full version includes features like immunisation from spyware so that you are warned before spyware or a browser hijack is trying to take place. But you can use Spybot Search and Destroy for immunisation.
This program has a great interface and is very neat, tidy and inviting. Everything is accessible and easy to follow. Out of my collection of programs that I have, this is the best looking one. This program is definitely worth the download and very worth running as it does find software that others do not! I strongly recommend it. It's a shame, but I am still looking for the definitive Spyware Remover that finds and removes everything so that I can just use the one program, but until then, Spyware Doctor is essential.

I just got Spyware Doctor from http://www.pctools.com. From my point of view, it is a very good anti-virus software for personal use. However, it is not absolutely free. It is free to download, to scan but not free to remove virus.

...in my experience and opinion. Spyware and adware are everywhere these days and it's an even bigger problem than viruses, which is why you need to have an efficient reliable and stable spyware remover to deal with it effectively.
I'm pretty sure that PC Tools used to offer a free and a paid version of this program and I think that the free download as part of the Google pack is actually the paid version with limitations, such as the active protection ... ...at a fee.
With Spyware Doctor you can choose to do either a quick scan, called an Intelli-scan or a full scan on your computer. The Intelli-scan is pretty quick usually taking about two and a half minutes and tends to pick out most infected files. The full scan does take a considerably longer amount of time to complete but is a lot more thorough and weaves out infections like the Trojan.Popuper whereas the quick scan doesn't.

Very good spyware removal but it does cost its not freeware it is worth it tho. It finds things other software doesnt and provide infomation on what they are it allows a quick removal of unwanted spyware etc. Very easy to use has a great interface with daily updates. This program can tend to freeze up you pc a bit if you are running alot of programs with it but thats probs dues to hardware not any bugs in software. This program is created by Pc tools ...

I bought spy ware doctor with antivirus just few days ago and it arrives today.
So!
After my stepdaughter been on my computer I have a horrible time, spent just to get rid of viruses or spy ware. I tried all sort of antivirus programs and they could not get rid of it. Moreover, I have been reading on the internet which software is the best as special to get rid of Trojans. In addition, I come around to spy ware doctor. I got it from Amazon just for £17.99.

than some of the ones you have to purchase. I have never really had any major problems with AVG or with my computer with any viruses. I really recommend if you haven't got AVG then you download it FREE and also download SpywareDoctor. With these two you can not go wrong. They are both free and very good, before when I had Norton Anti Virus installed my computer was running really slow and that was because it wasn't working very well so I uninstalled it and installed AVG Free edition.

running all the time when I start my computer, fixing all the errors, nothing goes wrong.
This product as I said, can be bought online or from a Computer store, but I'll give a tip, I saw on eBay, Registry Mechanic plus Spy ware Doctor (protection against: Spyware, Ad-ware, Spyware Trojans, Key-loggers, Identity Theft, Hijackers, Tracking Threats, Rogue Anti-Spyware, Unwanted Software, Phishing, Pop-ups and Bad Websites), both of them at the price of £26.99. I really think is a good deal, you can find the same package more cheap, again on eBay offers.
If you'll decide some day to buy it, I know for sure it will be useful for you as it is for me, so enjoy this product and the fact that your computer will work as new!
