I have used this a couple of times now when purchasing a smart phone for our company. It always scares me the thought that a brand new £200 plus smart phone could be dropped, broken or even put in a washing machine by mistake. This has happened on more than one occasion with cheaper phones. This can be done the same time you buy thephone from Amazon and is a lot cheaper than the rip off insurance the networks try and sell you with your contract. The bonus being most of the phones on Amazon are alrady unlocked so you can move provider at a later date. Never had to claim but contacted them a couple of times to check the policy and always been answered quickly.
Will edfinately be using again and feel more secure with it.
