I started buying St Moriz after being recommened it by a friend and I haven't used anything else since!

I buy it in either B&M or Savers and it cost's £2.59 - £2.99.
They have the mousse version or the spray version and recently I noticed the mousse also comes in a darker version too.

The mousse comes in a white plastic bottle with ST MORIZ written up the front, on the back are the usage instuctions. It has a clear lid through which you can see the pump action top where the mousse is dispensed.
It is very similar to the St Tropez bottles if you ask me!

Pumping the dispenser you will see a foamy brown mousse coming out, don't be alarmed by the depth of the colour as it will leave you with a natural looking tan! I use a tanning mitt now but previously I have put it on with bare hands ...... and ended up with orange palms! I have applied it whilst wearing thin latex gloves which leaves a nice finish but I have also applied it using a sports sock as a mit and this works really well, just as well as a mitt!
I start with my arms and use 3 maybe 4 pumps of mousse onto the mitt, this covers both arms, I then do my body and use 2 maybe 3 pumps, and then my legs, being more generous and using 4 maybe 5 as I like to make sure they are dark! I then call my hubby in to do my back and he uses 2-3 pumps of mousse.

It dries pretty quickly usually completely dry within 10 minutes or so and then I can get into my (black) pyjamas!

It does transfer onto bedding and any light clothing and although it has washed off my light bedding (didn't think to change it!) it has stained any light underwear I have worn when applying it.

I put it on in the night and leave it over night to let it develop into a nice deep colour before showering it off in the morning. I find a shower is best as laying in the bath does strip a lot of the colour away.

The brown colour when applying is mainly a guide and isn't true to the colour you will be when it's been washed off, the colour left is really nice and natural.

It doesn't have that awful strong biscuity scent like some others but does have a smell to it... if you know what I mean!

I would recommend using a mitt though for a streak free finish and a natural looking tan.

Use dark bedding and wear dark clothing until it's been rinsed off, I think the average developing time is around 4 - 6 hours but like I have said I leave it over night.

It lasts about 6 - 8 days when you moisturise well but can be topped up if required to last longer.

Exfoliate and moisturise the day before tanning for the best finish.

I have put in the specific criteria that it takes a very short time to see results as you have the guide colour anyway, so even as applying you are darker than you were before, but in total it takes around 4 - 6 hours before you can wash it off.
