information label. The look of the bottle is very sleek and does give off an expensive impression, which indeed it should because I do feel it is on the expensive side.
The bodypolisher is step one of StTropez tanning system kit and it is basically used for getting rid of all the dead skin from your body by exfoliating away all of the harder cells. This leaves the skin feeling new and soft and much similar to that of a new born babies (well nearly). You really need to exfoliate before applying self tan to avoid any areas where the tan will clump together.
When I have used StTropez before I had always opted to use a different make of body scrub/polisher such as St Ives because I believed this to be the best scrub around. I do however feel slightly wrong about this since using the StTropez scrub/polisher which seems far better suited ...
Advantages: Will give you a dark tan, if that is what you are after. Disadvantages: Can be too dark for some. Not exactly 'foolproof'. Price.

"Step 3: Smooth StTropez Auto-Bronzant evenly onto skin; let it absorb - do not over-rub. For best results apply at bedtime and shower next morning. May appear streaky as product dries - this is normal and showering in morning will uncover a beautiful, even tan. To deepen tan, apply 3 nights consecutively. For a lighter tan, blend to desired shade ONLY with StTropezBody Moisturiser. To maintain your colour, apply 1 to 3 times weekly. To maintain your tan, moisturise daily and use StTropezBodyPolisher every ...

There are three steps to the StTropez tanning system; the BodyPolisher is Step 1.
The BodyPolisher is an exfoliator, which you need to use as the first step of your self-tanning adventure. It comes in a jazzy black and white bottle with the name StTropez running down it. The polish itself is a turquoise, extremely thick lotion with round beads which will remove any dead skin from the surface leaving a smooth base ready for tanning. The beads are completely smooth so you won't get that awful scratchy feeling that you get from some exfoliators and the frangrance of the product is quite light and refreshing. I love the smell!
