After reading peoples reviews elsewhere about the Aerobronze I was a little apprehensive. I showered and exfoliated wih St Tropez exfoliant and then put Body Shop moisturiser on my knees, ankles, elbows etc and then just sprayed this tan on. It seems none of the St Tropez tans fully develop in 3 hours, so I always leave them on overnight. I put this on b4 bed at about 10pm, and washed it off in the morning at 9am, and had a lovely, even, brown tan. Definitely recommend this product! So much easier to apply than all the others and the results are stunning!
