This is by far the best self tan that i have tried. I have tried a few other brands but they are still standing on the shelf in my bathroom half full. I have always been a bit scared of applying self tan and so had never ventured any further than my legs. However whan i bought my bottle of St tropez the results were so good, i had a go at putting it on my full body, and the results were amazing. It can be a bit tricky getting the hang of applying the mousse, but once you have mastered it then it is really easy.
My advice would be to use the Body polisher and moisturiser as these are both really nice products, better than any others ive tried.
You can buy gift box sets which includes everything in one box - self tan mousse - body polisher and moisturiser. This is what i purchased first to try it out, i now buy them seperately as they generally come in bigger bottles but if you just want to try it out then one of the gift sets would be great. On the bottle it does state that the mousse does not require blending with moisuriser, as with other st tropez self tans. I would advise that you do blend with the moisturiser around the feet, knees, elbows, wrists, neck etc. The result comes out much better. I also think that it takes a little longer than the 60 seconds it states to dry, more like 10.

The only downfall with st tropez is the price - can be very expensive with the moisturiser and the body polisher, i find that ebay have some good deals.
I have also noticed that the guide colour seems to change. My first bottle was a grey colour which didnt look too bright on my skin, my second bottle was bright orange. Not too much of a problem, although was a bit of a shock when i had already done one leg with the old bottle, to open the new bottle to a completely different colour. I was left panicking for a few hours in hope that it was going to develop to the same colour, which it did thank goodness!

I find that leaving it over night develops a little dark for me. I tend to apply it in the morning, leave it on for about 5-6 hours, then wash the guide colour off - this works best for me, although if you like the results to be darker l would advise to leave it on overnight.

I usually start off with my feet and work my way up, finishing at the neck, i have not yet worked up the courage to put it on my face.

In my opinion this is a really good fake tan, lovely colour, no streaks, lasts about 7 days, just remember to blend with moisuriser over the dry areas.
