This profile, partly my own and some bits from their website should give prospective customers an insight. The Staffordshire Building Society is a "determined mutual", although nearly 100 years old, it is recognised for its progressive use of Multimedia, and is successfully managing to ride the wave of advancing technology. Although Tessa's are now closed I have written this because i feel it is representative of the company as a whole and the current financial services market.
Interestingly no high street banks appeared in the top 20 which was dominated by regional buildingsocieties and embarrassingly for the clutch of PLC?s who gave up their mutual status Bradford and Bingley was placed highest at 33rd.
I am not surprised that ...
