The Stagg double cross keyboard stand is a universal double braced stand and has 4 levels of height adjustment. It is also suitable for all electronic keyboards and digital/stage pianos. The keyboard is gripped by 4 rubber stops on the top. You will need to adjust these rubber stops by moving them in or out depending on how big your keyboard is. When using please make sure that the stand's long legs are at the bottom, not the top. The double braced keyboard stand is recommended if you have a large/heavy keyboard or you have a portable piano. The extra strength of the double bars is need to hold the extra weight and to also stop the instrument from moving. More information
Advantages: beautiful Finish, lovely playing quality, great sounds, good VFM Disadvantages: A little heavy, needed proper setup
...hardware, making for a very classy look. the list price for this guitar is nearer £200 but it can be bought for far less if you shop around.
PLayability is excellent. my playing style is somewhat underdeveloped, I am re-learning after 30 years of non playing so I am not in areal position to put the guitar fully through it's paces.
The tone is very much dependant on the amp used. All can say is that I was able to play some really mellow blues tones, as well as sharpening up to play crunchy rock tones using the bridge pickup and some distortion.
More than that, the reall test of a guitar's wiring is the noise it produces when not being played. typically a single coil pickup, such as those used on Fender Stratocasters and telecasters, will have a certain amount of hum.
Sheilding can reduce this. double coil pickups like...

Advantages: Great fun Disadvantages: Very large to store and transport
...to store, transport etc. The ¾ size I bought just fitted into my Espace car, I’m not sure it would squeeze in a regular size saloon car.
♫ ♫ The strings ♫ ♫
Historically double bass strings were made from gut but these has now been largely replaced by steel strings which are less prone to break and are less sensitive to changes in temperature and humidity. Some players, particularly those who pluck rather than bow, (for example the blues or rockabilly styles), prefer the thud that gut strings produce and some classical baroque players prefer the warmer tones of gut. I guess it is largely personal choice and style.
♫ ♫ Tuning ♫ ♫
The strings are normally tuned (low to high) E, A, D and G. This is a tuning of fourths, i.e. four tones apart, rather than fifths which the other...

Advantages: Almost Fully Customisable, Great Fail-Safe Features, Heavy Duty, Hidden Foot Spikes Disadvantages: Ridiculously Expensive! The Rubber Felts Tend To Go Missing, No Spares
...I own an H-2000 hi hat stand, and it is amazing! Its built especially so that you can have your slave pedal (from your double bass pedal or whatever pedal you cant to keep next to your hi-hat) right next too it without having to worry that a 3rd leg will be in the way.
*The cam is interchangeable with 4 different colour coded types allowing you to select the action of your hi-hat (slow then fast, fast consistent, slow consistent and fast then slow).
*The spring is also adjustable which allows you to change the strength of the feel of the hi-hat raising up. The clutch comes with a fail-safe nut and when tightened is meant to keep the cymbal from unscrewing it (it has saved me a million times!) However the clutch doesn't have a fail safe for keeping to the stem, which gets a little annoying because if you smack the wing nut, the top hi...
