Most authentic non-alcohol lager available
Review of Becks Alcohol free by davemandy

Advantages: Shares the same great taste of Becks without the hangover
Disadvantages: Low availability

...free lager. Being a regular Becks drinker, I picked one of these bottles up by accident and didn't actually realise that I wasn't drinking standard alcoholic Becks. Put side-by-side this has a very slightly different taste (a little metallic and hardly noticable) but is by far the closest resemblence to a decent lager I have ever experienced in a non-alcoholic drink. I would recommend this product to anybody who enjoys the taste of (an exceptional) ...
...drivers need no longer drink buckets of cola at parties. The one down side of Alcohol Free Becks is the availability, as I have found few small shops that stock this (and do not recall seeing it behind any bar. To pub landlords - please stock this product! ... Read review

Well you woudnt want a weak beer
Review of Fosters Lager by aeron_89

Advantages: good value for money
Disadvantages: not enough to get you drunk on 4 cans.

Fosters Lager seems to be a very popular choice now days. Every supermarket and pub that you visit seems to be selling this beer. I would say that this beer is average on taste and the price for about 4 cans these days retails at about 4.20. This beer is great for when you want a social drink with your mates however if you want you get drunk on this stuff then you may have to buy a few more cans or pints. This beer is not to gassy so it wont leave ... Read review

Make mine a Carling!
Review of Carling Black Label Lager by toepunt10

Advantages: Tastes Great, Costs Bugger all and makes woman appear more attractive
Disadvantages: Can cause hangovers

Carling or Carling Black Label (as it was formally known in the U.K) is the nations favourite beer, selling over 1 billion pints in the U.K alone in 1999. Its now 2008 and its popularity has continued to rise, but the taste that has established its loyal following has stayed very much the same. Perfection is rarely, if ever, achieved in life, but Thomas Carling has certainly accomplished this in the form of sweet sweet Carling. In terms of taste, ...
...enjoy. Prices for Carling range from a bargain price of 1.50, generally in student oriented pubs, to the princely sum of 2.50. This may be higher in rural areas in South England, but will still be a great deal cheaper than most other beers. Alcohol content, like most non-continental lagers, is 4%. To the best of my knowledge, Carling consists of wheat, hops, barley and any other ingredients that generally go into beer, i.e. yeast. In general, Carling ... Read review

Review of Budweiser Lager by gemrocks1

Advantages: Taste good

...shares with the company. Budweiser is an american lager first produced in 1876 and is the favourite of american beer drinkers. Sales in America for budweiser is over 50% of lagers thus increasingly making budweiser a multi million dollar company. The distinctive budweiser logo is white , red and part blue and the name budweiser came from a famous brewing town in Czech Rep Made from hops, rice, and barley malt the taste is smooth yet distinctive ...
...beers. Available in bottles or cans at 5% in Britain interestingly my husband states he will only drink the 500ml cans as the 440ml cans taste different cant understand this but does anyone else agree. The one other about bud is collecting bud bucks, this is codes found on the red can tops and bottle tops which when inputted onto bud buck site (www.budbucks.co.uk) you can bid on items, competitions, exchange your bud bucks codes for items or play ...
