Advantages: Great value for money, solid connection, antenna on a cable, access point mode. Disadvantages: If you don't have a PCI-Express slot, don't buy it!
...contains the antenna on a cable (which is omni-directional to pick up signals in all directions), a low-profile metal bracket for small form factor PCs that cannot accept a full-size PCI card, the software CD, the manual (which only covers installation, however there is a manual on the CD that goes into much greater detail). The box is nicely decorated with pictures and specifications, and the box is split into compartments to keep everything in nice condition. The card comes in an anti-static bag to protect it.

You will only be able to use this card if it has a PCI-Express slot on its motherboard. (It is meant for PCI-Express x1 slots, but it will work on a x4 or a x16 slot) Most wireless cards use the older PCI type slots and this card will not work on those. Modern motherboards should have a PCI-Express slot on them...

Advantages: two ram bays Disadvantages: only 3 pci slots
...the motherboard is good if you are only wanting to us it in a low use system as
the downsides is the pcislots as most in accessorys are using pci and there is no graphics on the motherboard which is a downside.

i would use this motherboard maybe in a little desktop computer as it has all the fuctions a desktop computer will want.
the only downside is the pcislots but if you use it in a desktop case they norammly only support 3 pcislots so it would be a good motherboard for a light use computer...

Advantages: Just the cable I needed to connect my DV Camcorder to my PC Disadvantages: none- worked a treat
...Do you need to Edit your Digital Video Camcorder footage on your Personal Computer ? Then this IEEE 1394 cable will connect your DV camcorder to the FireWire port on your PC allowing fast transfer of your video movie to your Computer.
The cable just simply plugs into the relevant port on your DV Camcorder and the Firewire( IEEE 1394 ) Port on the PC.
Using your own PC DV editing software you can capture the video at fast rates to your hard drive where you can make you own home movies.!
If you Dont have a firewire port then get StarTech's PCI Fire Wire card (Plug and Play installation) Look for it bundled with Ulead's great editing software.
