I still have this game installed on my seconday hard drive and I still play it after all this time. A strategy game in the command and conquer style, the graphics are a bit dated now, the sound is adequate, and the gameplay is good. It should run on virtually any machine. You play on for three sides in a level based game, there are some nice weapons. I like the siege tank an awesome weapon 5 positioned at strategic points can cause some heavy damage.
This is also a good game to play over the internet, with some good battles ensuing.
I would recommend getting this game in a pack and get the broodwar with it good value for money.

Review of StarCraft (PC)
Advantages: New units, campaigns, levels and a fluid plot. Did not tip the balance of units but some cool idea Disadvantages: Requires full working version of Starcraft.
Advantages: New units, maps, campaigns, music and storyline Disadvantages: Doesn't add anything for people who didn't enjoy Starcraft, lots of maps are already available to freely download off the internet (although not always of such a high standard)
