...I bought my daughter this two years ago for christmas she was really into dance mats so i found this perfect for her. She played on it for hours i couldnt understand where she got all her energy from but she was always worn out by the time she finished playing with it. The barney move and groove dance mat is approximatly 1m long and 35cm wide and is made of a plastic type material with touch sensors underneath it . Attatched to the mat is a large yellow star shape which is the stand for barney to slot onto The star rotates which makes barney dance along with you. Barney is a soft covered inflatable there are two parts that you blow up one is for the leg that stands on the mat and the other is on the body. ...Barney's Move 'n' Groove Dance mat is a great way for toddlers to burn off some of that endless energy they seem to have. (suggested age is from 18 months). Barney is an soft coated inflatable toy which fits onto a revolving star at the top of a dance mat. As you press different pictures on the mat, Barney talks to you and spins round "dancing". There are 4 different settings you can select, 3 of which play different music and the forth which has an interactive type game. Barney asks you to find different coloured footprints on the dance mat (or to press a keyboard key or to find the picture of one of Barney's friends) and when you jump on the right pictue he congraulates you and gives you another challenge to try. There is a keyboard along the bottom section of the dance mat so you can play along or make up your own tunes... Read review

Advantages: No mess

...and statue together. Now the little one is ready to go, so off she goes and draws on the mat with the pen drawing things like she did with her old one. Now comes the new part she takes the track pen and uses it to draw on the mat. A pink track with stars in it appears on the mat. She then puts the princess on the mat and switches it on and watches her follow along the track with a tune playing. If there is no track to follow it will go around in a small circle and if it sense a track while go in a circle it when then follow that track. Before packing the toy away ensure that the mat is totally dry, the pens are empty of water and the princess and princess charming is switched off. The only annoying thing I have found so far is that once you have attached the princess and prince charming to the moving base it does not fit in the box properly... Read review
