...such a bandwagon as the Star Wars franchise. Remember "Dark Forces", "Battlefront", "Republic Commando", who all incidentally lack the Force powers that spurs generations of fans on? Not to mention that each one borrowed elements from various ground-breaking genres, with "Dark Forces" pushing the story into first-person, "Battlefront" performing a copy-and-paste maneuver from "Battlefield", and "Republic Commando" getting its tactics from "Rainbow ... ...go.
As per every Star Wars off-shoot, the look and sound of this game is up to par with every one Lucasarts ever approved of. Hearing the lasers sving! or the music crescendo! bring a note of happiness each time you dispatch another hapless foe, but sometimes you may wonder when are they going to embrace pop or rock music for once. Mind you, the weapons seem updated enough than Han Solo's plastic pear-shape of a blaster that George Lucas cooked ...
