After having read reviews about vistaprint I was a little worried about using them, however, due to the fact that I wanted some customised pens and couldn't find another company on-line that did them I decided to take the risk and ordered. good for personal home users too!

Advantages: reasonable prices, fast delivery, free delivery over £35, good quality, NECTAR points!
Disadvantages: none really..other than making you spend more money than u should!

Useless "Brother compatible" Toner

Disadvantages: unreliable and untrustworthy

I received 2 ink cartridges - one didn't work at all. A real pain as I needed it urgently to print worsheets for my school. I phoned 999inks and was eventually told to send it back - at my own cost. I argued that this was ridiculous as the fault was theirs. I did not see why I should have to pay for their faulty goods. I was then told that I'd be sent a prepaid envelope. Printerinks.com Don't Use Them!!!

Advantages: Cheap ink
Disadvantages: It's junk and you risk permanent damage to your printer

I bought 15 cartridges of their recommended compatible ink for my Canon MP610. I felt reassured by the statements made about their products..... "Our replacement ink cartridges are manufactured to meet ISO 9001 standard and continuously test our printer cartridges to ensure quality is maintained, so you do not need to worry about quality." Within 5 weeks of using the ink my printer was wrecked. No amount of cleaning cycles has fixed the problem. ...
