great cleaner! frustrating/ unhelpful/ annoying customer service! Advantages: powerful, light, good performance on carpets Disadvantages: customer service is unhelpful, my last Polti purchase The machine is great. Question marks over what happens if/when it goes wrong leave me unable to recommend Powerful and light with a useful warning when low on water. Quick to heat up. Great on carpets. waste of time and money Advantages: I can imagine it will be good for sanitising, killing bed bugs and defrosting a freezer Disadvantages: despite a lot of steam it didn't really seem to do much.
