Mine came with a carpet attachment that you just stand the mop on so it glides over rugs and carpets , I find this really useful, no messing about attaching and un-attaching, you don't even need to bend down. I managed to buy this for £15 at Wilko, and I am glad I did not pay any more. I couldn't see any difference to my sink and it had no effect on the tile grout or the small area on the floor I tried. I am hoping for better results on the loo. I only tested a small area of glass (worried about cracking the glass) and it did get the water/soap marks off although the window squeegee provided is not very good, but with my own window squeegee I was happy ...

Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I found that you could only use the steam for around 2 mins before the steam "power" had reduced and you have to wait until the light goes out again to build up another head of steam.
