Stellar Set of Four Egg Cups

Advantages: Massive heat transfer and bomb proof construction
Disadvantages: Lids get hot after prolonged cook

As I had already setup house,got a decent frying pan but found my pans to be falling apart, I needed a pan set without a frying pan. This was a real struggle but the review by wompie99 of Stellar pans got my interest and honed my search. I managed to track down a 4 pan set for £67 on a major auction site, the set comprised of 14cm saucepan 16cm saucepan 18cm saucepan 20cm saucepan This is an excellent range and covers all situations for a large family, with the 20cm pan being massive in comparison to its predecessor. The other reviews mention the tendency for the handles and lids to get hot, I can verify that the lids do get hot but I have not had a major problem with the handles. Review of Stellar 1000 Cookware

It's no yolk - Eggs = eggsellent value

Advantages: Cheap, fast, nutritious food
Disadvantages: None!!

for one of the timings below: *3 minutes for very soft yolk and set white *4 minutes for slightly set yolk and set white *5 minutes for firmer yolk and white *6 minutes for hard boiled with lightly soft yolk *7 minutes for firmly hard boiled for the likes of salads etc Give the egg another stir then remove the egg from the pan and transfer to into an egg cup immediately. To stop the egg from cracking, make a small pin prick in the shell at the rounded end - this allows the the steam to escape stopping the shell from cracking - never put eggs straight from the fridge to boil as this does cause cracking too. Scrambled eggs are my favourite - so long as they are not overdone and resemble a greying mass on my plate, they are also one of the quickest and easiest ways of cooking eggs. Eggs are amazing - who would have thought that something that comes out of a chickens bum would be so tasty and so versatile in the kitchen ? In fact, I often wonder who the first person was to actually EAT an egg, and why they did it.
