Sterimar is a saline nasalspray. That's a very simple explanation of something that means that I can breathe properly for the first time in more years than I care to think about!
I have had problems with my sinuses for many, many years. I was suffering from near-constant sinus headaches which often developed into migraine headaches. I saw my doctor's on a number of occasions. They told me that, due to the fact that I suffer from high blood pressure they were limited in what they could prescribe for me.
The only thing that they cold prescribe for me was a nasalspray, which they kept re-prescribing over the next several years. The spray sort of worked, but was really not all that effective. When I pointed this out to one of the doctors at m surgery he seemed annoyed an almost accused me of being at fault for suffering from high ...

Advantages: Rapid Effect, Great Value, Long Lasting Effect Disadvantages: Doesn't Cure The Problem, Not To Be Used For More Than 7 Days
your bag, there are no worries about bits getting into the spray. A satisfying click also ensures you have the cap on securely.
The active ingredient in Sudafed nasalspray is Xylometazoline with a concentration on 0.1%. 'Xylometazoline works by acting on alpha receptors found in the walls of blood vessels in the lining of the nasal passages. This in turn decreases the amount of fluid pushed out of the blood vessels into the nose. This reduces the production of mucus and feeling of congestion ...
Advantages: Fast blockage relief Disadvantages: The new bottle isn't as good
flatter rather than round. It holds 20ml of the nasalspray. Underneath the screw cap is a rounded ball point where the nasalspray squirts from. To release the spray, just give the bottle a squeeze.
To use Sinex, insert the end up your nose and squeeze the bottle. For bad blockage use two shots. Breathe deeply through your nose after each shot to ensure that it spreads throughout your nostrils. Repeat in the other nostril. You can take Sinex up to twice a day with at least six hours intervals between shots.
Sinex is very simple to use and has no after taste to it unlike its predecessor. You can hardly feel the spray enter your nose, which can be a problem because you are not sure whether or not anything has gone up there! It has an almost instant effect; you can breathe much easier right from the start, and the effects last for a number ...
Quick and easy to use. Does seem to reduce severity of cold like symptoms and shortens timescale of suffering.
Expensive. Tastes revolting. Difficult to tell whether this product really does combat infection, as avoidance of coughs and colds could be put down to a sensible diet or healthy lifestyle instead. (*)
