Sterimar

Sterimar is a saline nasal spray. That's a very simple explanation of something that means that I can breathe properly for the first time in more years than I care to think about! I have tried everything to clear up my sinusitis and nothing has had any long lasting effect. One day I went into Boots to buy some saline nasal drops - one of the remedies that has at least helped a little bit on some occasions - and the assistant asked if I meant this product 'Sterimar'. I had never even heard of it so I asked what it was. Purely out of curiosity I bought it and used it as an alternative to my regular saline drops. MY PROBLEM For a long time I've suffered from colds. Well, not just colds... sinusitis, pharyngitis, larygitis, bronchitis - in fact... if you can think of an "itis" to do with the nose, throat or chest - then I've probably had it. I've had these infections very regularly (say, every 4 to 6 weeks) for the last two years. Yes, get the violins out. I've been on endless courses of antibiotics, inhalers, steroidal sprays etc.etc.etc. Doctors have no idea what is wrong, and I'm not sure they ever will do.
