Niquitin CQ Lozenges - Have helped me!

Advantages: Helps you to quit smoking! I found it helped with food cravings
Disadvantages: Funny taste to begin with

I was recommended these by my GP when visiting their 'stop smoking' clinic. I found the lozenges very useful and help with any cravings. They come in 4mg for heavier smokers and 2mg for the milder smoker. The flavours are either plain (taste a bit sweet) or mint flavour (Minty!). You are meant to place one between your cheek and gums and alternate between each side of the mouth, they slowly dissolve in about 30 mins or so. The great thing I found ...
...as you cannot eat or drink when you have one in your mouth. The taste takes a short while to get used to (a bit spicey maybe?) but not long. You start with 1 lozenge every 1 - 2 hours then gradually reduce the amount you have over a period of time (The pack comes with instructions). Niquitin them cigarettes!!

Advantages: clear, work for me, small, come in stages
Disadvantages: itching, numbness to inserted area

I have recenly tried to quit smoking which i have finally succeeded, but before i managed this i always struggled in finding a product which will suit me and help me. Gum tasted horrible and made me want to throw up, the inhalors available didnt help me at all, so i thought i would try patches. These patches have helpmed me loads, i only wore them for a week but anyone that needs them longer the product has three stages to slowly withdraw the nicotine ...

The only problem i had myself was putting the patch on my arm, as it made my arm go numb and very uncomfortable, but then i inserted it onto my upper thigh and the only problem was itching which lasted only 10 minutes. I would recommend these patches to anybody trying to quit, it depends on the person if it works but it certainly worked for me, and there also see through for people who consider the look!! Smokers have a weapon

Advantages: Cheaper than cigarettes

Well I tried these very patches around two and half years ago and I have given up smoking, my last cigarette was January 6th 2006. I started off on the heavy strength. The patches themselves last a full day from morning till night. The main problem I had with them was when your body craves the nicoteen you feel your energy pulling the nicoteen out of the patch. The patches are transparrent and are a little on the large side. they are only advisable for heavy smokers as it is possible to have a nicoteen overdose. a bad way to stop!

Advantages: cheap
Disadvantages: sickly,

I curently quit smoking a while ago, after trying many products i ended up relying on Nicotine patches, which worked for me. But before these i treid the gum. I did not like it at all, for me it didnt work and didnt stop my cravings and it also made me feel very sick when i chewed it, fair enough this will stop you smoking, but not in a comfortable way as anyone would want, for anyone wishing to quit i would advise to see if it works for you better ...

My cigarette, my friend

Advantages: A longer life...I killed my 'friend'...he was trying to kill me!
Disadvantages: None

...design do not reflect the Niquitin patch....and the numbers provided are random. However Niquitin helped me and many others quit...no point in reviewing a Niquitin patch.....Nicotine is my friend and it is harmless...so please buy this patch because it is very effective and nothing else can compare.
