I have recenly tried to quit smoking which i have finally succeeded, but before i managed this i always struggled in finding a product which will suit me and help me. Gum tasted horrible and made me want to throw up, the inhalors available didnt help me at all, so i thought i would try patches. The only problem i had myself was putting the patch on my arm, as it made my arm go numb and very uncomfortable, but then i inserted it onto my upper thigh and the only problem was itching which lasted only 10 minutes. I would recommend these patches to anybody trying to quit, it depends on the person if it works but it certainly worked for me, and there also see through for people who consider the look!! Well I tried these very patches around two and half years ago and I have given up smoking, my last cigarette was January 6th 2006. I started off on the heavy strength. Advantages: A longer life...I killed my 'friend'...he was trying to kill me!
Disadvantages: None

...design do not reflect the Niquitin patch....and the numbers provided are random. However Niquitin helped me and many others quit...no point in reviewing a Niquitin patch.....Nicotine is my friend and it is harmless...so please buy this patch because it is very effective and nothing else can compare. Old ladys with pins!!

Advantages: the packet is shiny, you dont smell
Disadvantages: itching, craving, sarcasm, grumpiness, the stupid price
