I have recenly tried to quit smoking which i have finally succeeded, but before i managed this i always struggled in finding a product which will suit me and help me. Gum tasted horrible and made me want to throw up, the inhalors available didnt help me at all, so i thought i would try patches. These patches have helpmed me loads, i only wore them for a week but anyone that needs them longer the product has three stages to slowly withdraw the nicotine ...

The only problem i had myself was putting the patch on my arm, as it made my arm go numb and very uncomfortable, but then i inserted it onto my upper thigh and the only problem was itching which lasted only 10 minutes. I would recommend these patches to anybody trying to quit, it depends on the person if it works but it certainly worked for me, and there also see through for people who consider the look!! Well I tried these very patches around two and half years ago and I have given up smoking, my last cigarette was January 6th 2006. I started off on the heavy strength. Small, discreet but terrible

Advantages: Small. Discreet
Disadvantages: Can leave a rash, expensive

Well I still havent stopped smoking and to be honest these patches didn't help much at all. I smoke extremely heavily and would like to stop, however I havent found any replacement therapies which have helped. These patches come in three different strenghts. 21mg, 14mg and 7mg. These patches are the strongest brand on the market at the moment which can make them seem more appealing to heavy smokers, however I wouldnt advice them for light smokers. ...
