Stopping smoking with NiQuitin
Review of NiQuitin CQ CQ Step 1 Patches by gareth81

Advantages: Help Cutting Down
Disadvantages: Couldn't completely stop

I have used NiQuitin for the last 6 months, i had been trying to give up smoking using willpower alone but not having much success, i was then told by friends about the possible benefits of using NRT so went to the nearest chemist and bought the patches straight away, i went for the strongest patches to begin with with a view to cutting down the amount of cigarettes i smoke a day, i quiet quickly started to cut down but have been finding it very ...
...but i am not sure whether i will stick with using them or maybe try an inhaler because for me a large part of the problem is the comfort issue of holding the cigarette in my hand, but i will keep trying to give up and wont stop until i have because in the back of my mind i can see the major health benefits there are to be got out of stopping. ... Small, discreet but terrible
Review of Nicotinell Nicotine Patches by KPN7

Advantages: Small. Discreet
Disadvantages: Can leave a rash, expensive

Well I still havent stopped smoking and to be honest these patches didn't help much at all. I smoke extremely heavily and would like to stop, however I havent found any replacement therapies which have helped. These patches come in three different strenghts. 21mg, 14mg and 7mg. These patches are the strongest brand on the market at the moment which can make them seem more appealing to heavy smokers, however I wouldnt advice them for light smokers. ...
...the dose you start with. I would then advice you to cut down on the patches every two months. Also ensure that you dont smoke while wearing one of these patches as you can be liable to nicotine poisoning which can make you extremely ill. If you do overdose on nicotine I would advice you to take the patch off immediately and consult your local GP or pharmacy. I however found these patches terrbile. They gave me a terrbile rash and I found that they ... Read review

Nicorette!They worked for me!
Review of Nicorette Nicotine Patches Full Strength by faybee

Advantages: I've quit!
Disadvantages: Slightly itchy, and whatever you do, don't fall asleep with one on!

I started smoking when I was 14, I started smoking "properly" when I was 15, and at 19, when smoking 20 a day, I decided it was high time that I quit. For good! I had tried many times before using will power alone, and obviously that hadn't worked. I also tried the gum, by another company, which was horrid and too much to think about, whilst giving me a sore throat. So I set a quit date of Sunday 19th February-I figured it would be too much pressure ...
...much planned for the following few weeks. I got my patches on prescription from my doctor, which I would recommend. It works out a lot cheaper, as you pay a regular prescription price for every set of patches you receive, rather than £17.00 per pack of 7 patches. This is pricey, but a typical 20 a day smoker pays £35 a week on smokes, its just paying it all in one go that makes it seem like a shock! The 15mg patches are huge, but just look like ... My cigarette, my friend
Review of NiQuitin CQ CQ Step 3 Patches by cobainkurdt

Advantages: A longer life...I killed my 'friend'...he was trying to kill me!
Disadvantages: None

...design do not reflect the Niquitin patch....and the numbers provided are random. However Niquitin helped me and many others quit...no point in reviewing a Niquitin patch.....Nicotine is my friend and it is harmless...so please buy this patch because it is very effective and nothing else can compare. You need willpower (coming from a 40 a day for 5 years smoker) and this Niquitin patch is the best assistant to help you quit! © Cobainkurdt Also ... Read review

Smoking Doesn't have a PATCH on These
Review of NiQuitin CQ CQ Step 2 Patches by mattygroves

Advantages: Help to manage nicotine withdrawal; they're nearly invisible

...Hey ho. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ NiQuitin CQ Clear - the product and programme details ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ NicQuitin CQ is a Nicotine Replacement product - it is a patch - or, more accurately, a series of patches.
