Advantages Clear, easy to understand plot
Disadvantages Could be slightly frightening for younger children (below 6)
This was one of those books which you hear so much publicity about then kick yourself until you listen to it, I bwas browsing my local library when I came across this and decided to give it a try. I am now a Anthony Horowitz fan, it just goes to show!
The plot, which is set out in a simple way, with lots of catches and despite all that is still pretty easy to understand is about a boy called Alex who's parents have died in a car crash and he lives with his uncle. His uncle then dies and he turns out to be a secret service spy. I will leave you to guess what happens next or to use this review in its proper purpose, you could actually listen or read the book!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is this a kids book?? Who narrated the audio book? Did they do a good job of it? Was it the full book or was it abridged? i hate it if something is a briodged as surely the author would not want any scenes missed out
